Your initial assessment is where we take the time to understand how your body moves, where it needs support, and how we can build strength, stability, and confidence in a structured, intelligent way.

Every programme begins with a detailed, one-to-one assessment designed to understand your body, your history, and your goals — so we can build a plan that truly works for you.

How Often to Train

Most clients benefit from:

- 1–2 sessions per week (in person or online)
- Combined with on-demand sessions for consistency
